Alec Jarvis

The BCA presented Alec Jarvis with the Paul Van Steen Sports Achievement Award for 2013. Alec has been involved with triathlon for the past 7 years, and placed 2nd in the provincial class and 2nd in the 2012 Ontario Summer Games. He has been invited to participate in triathlons in Toronto, St. Andrews, Manitoba and Edmonton in 2013. Alec is currently in grade 12 but taking a reduced number of courses to train to be a potential contender for the junior Canadian team in the summer of 2014.
