Lindsay Cook
The Bridlewood Community Association is proud to present Lindsay Cook with the Paul Van Steen Sports Achievement Award for 2011. Lindsay is a dedicated baseball player who has represented Ontario in the Women’s National Championships in Toronto in 2010 and 2011. She played Competitive A baseball with KLLBA and AA baseball with the Ottawa Royals. Lindsay was selected as Athlete of the Year by Holy Trinity Catholic High School in 20010 and 2011 where she was part of the basketball, volleyball and boy’s Varsity Baseball Team. On top of all this, Lindsay has volunteered with a baseball camp, been assistant coach of a KYBA Major Atom girl’s team and coached the grade 7/8 boy’s volleyball team at Holy Trinity.
